What is read from a PGS SUP file?
PGS stores subtitle pictures and display times, not selectable text. This tool reads the picture and time for each display set, recognizes English letters on your device, and writes numbered SRT cues. It skips empty frames and shows how many cues were produced.
Why review the SRT?
OCR may misread decorative fonts, overlapping pictures, signs, and low-resolution text. Other languages are not loaded in this version. Edit the SRT above before downloading. It accepts standalone Blu-ray PGS .sup files; it does not extract subtitles from video, DVD SUP, or VobSub.
For text subtitles, use VTT to SRT, SRT to VTT, Text to SRT, SRT to TXT, VTT to TXT, the subtitle converter, or ASS to SRT. Check the resulting subtitles with the CPS checker.
